Ganymede Boston LLC was founded in 2022, originally to support our own brand, Rehisk, as its dedicated after-sales service center. As our operations matured and demand grew, more brands, retailers, and sellers approached us to extend these capabilities to their businesses. This organic growth transformed Ganymede Boston into a full-service post-purchase and returns solutions provider.

In 2024, Ganymede Boston rapidly scaled its operations and expanded its service offerings. Today, we help retailers, brands, and third-party (3P) sellers solve returns by managing every stage of the post-purchase experience—from returns initiation through the second shelf. Each inbound unit is logged with tracking number, UPC, and customer information, and undergoes a visual inspection upon arrival. If any packaging damage or irregularity is detected, our customer support team promptly notifies clients via email—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely inbound confirmation.
